Getting started with CustomerLift

1. Link Your Shopify Account: Log In using Shopify’s secure connection to create your CustomerLift account, and to automatically sync your store with your CustomerLift account.
2. Data Syncing: Once you complete the Log In process, CustomerLift will begin syncing your store data. This process can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few hours. Don’t worry, we’ll send you an email when the syncing process is complete so you can dive in.
3. Creating Segments: We’ve made it easy to get started with CustomerLift by populating a set of popular segments that other customers use frequently. You can select from one of these Segments or get started creating your own!
4. Creating a Custom Segment: There are 5 different types of Custom Segments to choose from – Purchase Timeframe, Average Order Value, Product/Product Type Purchased, Newsletter Subscribers, Discount Code. Select from one of these to begin filtering your segment.
5. Using the CustomerLift Dashboard: Once your Segment is created, CustomerLift will populate a Dashboard with information from 1st Purchase AOV to Average Time Between Purchases to LTV and more. We’re excited to help you learn more about your customers and find ways to increase their purchasing frequency in your store!
6. Save This Audience: We want to make sure you can easily check back in on your Segments so you can save an audience using the button at the bottom of the Dashboard. Use the dropdown at the top right to find your Saved Audiences.
7. Create A New Segment: From the bottom of the Dashboard you can click to begin creating a new Segment.
8. Updating Your Profile: If you need to make any updates to your CustomerLift profile or Add a User, you can do so with the dropdown in the top right.
